The crazy thing is, im not racist by any means, but i didnt even know he was white until i read the article on him right after he produced Jadakiss "We Gonna Make It". After all this time up to that point, i thought he was black. But he minus well be black, this man got joints for days. Not to mention the stuff he did for Mobb Deep & Prodigy! Check out some of the heat this man has created.

Stretch Armstrong & Bobbito Show- Casual & Kool Keith Pt.2 11/18/92

As we proceed to give u what u need......... yall know the rest!

Stretch Armstrong & Bobbito Show- Casual & Kool Keith Pt.1 11/18/92

Another hype show is next up. Casual comes thru kickin some dope rhymes! Remember now, Hieroglyphics is not even out yet. They wouldnt be on the scene until mid '93. At this this time Casual was known as a dope freestyle rhymer. I remember reading about him in old Source mags whupping the competition in battles. The 1st time i heard of Casual is kinda crazy, yall remember that Biggie freestyle "The Wickedest"? Well that beat he rhymed on was Casual's "I Didnt Mean To". But at that time i didnt know, when i finally got a chance to hear that song (which was 3 years ago) i was like oh snap! Thats that beat Biggie freestyled on! But that Casual track is a damn classic, i love that song. The vid for it is dope as well, please check that out if u can. My other fav. Casual joint is "Thats How It Is", this joint is hard i still bang it til this day. That came out in '94. Now for Kool Keith, he comes thru kickin some rhymes but this dude is strictly on some other shit. His style is way left. I liked him when he was in Ultramagnetic, but when he went solo i didnt pay much attention to him at all. But he was a credible emcee in the '90s. So please check this show out, its all the way live!

Stretch Armstrong & Bobbito Show- Rosie Perez & Natural Elements 1994

Well this show had some sex appeal to it. We all know how sexy Rosie Perez is, i think she's 40 or 50+ years old and she still looks fine! You know the memorable scene in Do The Right Thing with Spike, you saw how fine she looked in White Men Cant Jump! She's defintely a 10 in my book. But she came thru just to chill and hang out. Then Natural Elements came thru kickin some nice rhymes. Dont know much about this group, but i do know they dropped some nice gems in the mid 90's. A very underrated underground group. So peep this show out, at least on Rosie alone!

Stretch Armstrong & Bobbito Show- Black Moon & Smif 'n' Wesson Pt.1 6/10/93

BCC is representin on this night! This was the beginning of their reign right here. Black Moon was in da house promtin their classic LP Enta Da Stage! I remember the 1st time hearing Black Moon was on Rap City in '94 seeing their vid for "How Many Emcees". I was totatlly hooked after seein that. They are definetly one of my top hip-hop groups of all-time. Then we got Smif n Wessun next up representin Bucktown to the fullest. This had to be one of their 1st appearances ever on any type of media outlet cause they wouldnt be out until another year or so. But at least they got their name out there. And by mid '94 they was ready. I remember 1st seeing them on Yo! MTV Raps back in '95 watchin "Bucktown" & "Wrekonize" vids. They was on my radar ever since then. Around that time BCC was a household name when I was livin in El Paso. Me and my boys had every album they had came out then, '96 was the year. So I will always remember BCC and what they brought to the game. Ill rhymes, baggy jeans, fatigues & timberland boots was their motto and what they lived by. Thats NY for ya.

Stretch Armstrong & Bobbito Show- 5 Year Anniversary Pt.1 1995

Well in '95 they reached the 5 year mark, and whats a better idea than to celebrate right? Many people came thru and shared this great moment with them. Who? I dont know I totally forgot. I havent heard this show in a awile. But its all good though trust me! Its a celebration biches!

Stretch Armstrong & Bobbito Show- Organized Konfusion, Lord Finesse, Home Field Advantage & Etc. 8/21/97

On this night it was a packed house up at WKCR 89.9. 1st up its Home Field Advantage kickin some freestyles and promoting their album. I really dont much about this group, i do know they was apart of that Rawkus uprising in the late 90's. I prefer High & Mighty myself. Then we got Organized Konfusion in da house kickin some rhymes and Lord Finesse was in tha house as well bustin some rhymes. Finesse is one of my fav. emcess of all time, i still bang "Hip 2 The Game" almost everyday! I love Organized as well, you just cant sleep on their classic 2nd lp! Then on the show Stretch & Bob invited some DJ's who were doing their thing at the time, to perform some of their live sets. DJ's such as A-trak (at the time was 15 and already a dmc champ, now he dj's for Kanye), Joe Sinister, and some others that i cant remember their names right now. But this was a jam packed show, and it a show that u will enjoy from top to bottom!

Stretch Armstrong & Bobbito Show- AZ 6/15/95

AZ the vizualiza is in da house! He comes thru promoting his "Sugar Hill / Rather Unique" single. His album is far from coming out just yet, he's just lettin his single rock out there. By which we all know is a certified classic! I first heard of AZ was on that track. I didnt hear Illmatic until early '96. I know, I know, but hey im keepin it real. But there's a story behind that, and ill tell that at another time. But AZ received the stamp of approval to me by him being in that classic scene in Jay Z's Dead Presidents vid. You know.... the scene with him, Big, Jay & Dame playin monopoly. After I seen that, I was like ok, he official. And he's still around in the game droppin albums almost every year it seems like. His last album that was hittin to me was Aziatic. That was a dope album, please give it a listen if u havent already. But dont sleep on some hits he came out recently that was done by Premier, "Come Up" & "The Format". So yea he still around, and still releavant. Not too many people that can say that, that came from his era!
