Back in the days of NYC, if u was a hot artist and u had a album coming out it was protocol to go to the Tunnel and promo it urself by giving a live show of what u got coming out! And thats what Jay did after his Vol. 3 LP was out for only a week! He took his crew wit him and did their thing this night back in '99.
